Next, pick a tuition payment option, fill out the purchase form, and pay online using PayPal or a credit card.

Last, fill out the course registration form via the link sent by email. Be sure to have the following documents ready for your registration:

• Government Issued Identification Card
• Valid American Heart Association BLS Provider certification
• High School Diploma or College Transcript (unofficial is ok)
• Valid NREMT or TX EMT certification (AEMT & Paramedic registrations)
• EMS Experience Resume & Reference List for verification (AEMT Challenge registrations)
• Initialed, signed, & dated PERCOM Course Entrance Form

You will also have to complete the background check requirement and EMSTesting.com class requirement by using the instructions provided on the Course Registration page.
